Donations made through our official Donorbox link are processed by Donorbox / Stripe. A donation receipt will be issued automatically. Donations may be tax-deductible for U.S. donors, to the extent allowed by law.

How Donations Are Used
Donations help us cover essential operating costs, such as: server/hosting fees, domain and security services, accessibility improvements, and tools used to organize, edit, and preserve stories.
MemSave is currently run with limited capacity. We prioritize free help for people who cannot afford professional services.
Important Notes (Clarity & Compliance)
- Official donations: Donations are considered official charitable contributions only when made through the Foundation’s official donation links (e.g., Donorbox/Stripe, or a nonprofit PayPal link if provided).
- No personal payments: Payments sent to individuals are not treated as charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.
- Email-only support: We currently handle support by email only: admin@memsave.org.
