Write Your Memory

You don’t need to be a writer. You don’t need “important” memories.
If you have one real moment you don’t want to lose — this page is for you.

MemSave is a U.S.-registered nonprofit public charity recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3).
We help preserve life stories with dignity, privacy, and care.

A Simple Starting Point (Bridge Version)

Right now, MemSave uses an AI writing helper hosted on ChatGPT.
Think of it as a temporary writing room that helps you turn scattered memories into a readable first-person story.

You can write in any language (English, Chinese, Spanish, etc.).
You control what you share and what you keep private.

Start Writing with MemSave AI

Free to try · No special writing skills needed

The AI will ask gentle questions and help organize your answers into a clear story.

✏️ Open the AI Writing Helper

Requires a ChatGPT account (Free or Plus). Free accounts may have a daily message limit.

Privacy note: Your conversation happens on ChatGPT, not on memsave.org.
MemSave does not receive or store what you write there unless you choose to copy & email it to us.
Safety note: This tool is for writing and reflection, not emergency support.
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

How It Works

  1. Open the AI helper using the blue button above.
  2. Pick one memory: a person, a place, a day, or one small scene.
  3. Answer a few short questions in your own words.
  4. Copy the final story text and save it anywhere you like.

Important tip: After the AI writes your story, please copy & save it.
This bridge version does not automatically archive your writing on MemSave.

You can also ask the AI to expand a fragment, simplify wording, translate between languages,
or help you build a longer memoir step by step.
